Product Summary

The SunStar Heating Products Ceramic Heater is ideal for spot heating or area heating of remote locations, farm buildings, shops, service areas, pump houses or other hard-to-heat spaces, providing both fuel efficiency of radiant heat and installation flexibility (not recommended for car washes). This is an energy-saving Direct Spark Ignition heater and can be controlled by a line voltage, Item #16284 or 24V thermostat, Item #16342, (both sold separately). May require the following second stage regulators prior to the heater based on gas supply pressure: A regulator up to 2 PSIG line pressure or a regulator above 2 PSIG line pressure (both sold separately). • The minimum mounting height is 16ft. above finished floor for uniform energy distribution and human comfort
• Requires the following clearances from any combustible material: 65in. above, 129in. below and 49in. from the sides of the heater

• The minimum supply gas pressure is 7.0in. Water Column (WC) and the maximum supply pressure is 14in. WC gas pressure
• If higher gas pressure is supplied, you will need to install a line pressure regulator (sold separately) to reduce it to less than 14in. WC (or 1/2 PSIG)
• No assembly required
• Heaters are 100% test-fired prior to shipment
